Niki
is the director and owner of Alternative
Wellness Center, located in Neptune Beach

Hello Niki!
I
just wanted to say thank you for all your help.
You told me I could write a letter so here we
go: I am 35 year old college educated woman who
works in the medical field. I have had panic attacks
and depression for almost half my life. About
10 years ago they started to become very debilitating
and I was home bound for quite some time. I did
very little traveling and did not even think about
flying. Just the thought of it would send me right
into a panic mode. My travels were kept to a few
