I
just wanted to say thank you for all your
help. You told me I could write a letter
so here we go: I am 35 year old college
educated woman who works in the medical
field. I have had panic attacks and depression
for almost half my life. About 10 years
ago they started to become very debilitating
and I was home bound for quite some time.
I did very little traveling and did not
even think about flying. Just the thought
of it would send me right into a panic
mode. My travels were kept to a few hours
in the car and nothing more. I decided
I wanted to spend my 35th B'day in New
York City. I had heard of Niki through
a family friend and thought, "I have
nothing to lose." After a few sessions
I was able to see myself taking this trip
without a hitch. Then I thought about
the cab rides and the subways and we had
even more work cut out for us.
Through
readings, hypnosis and self hypnosis I
was able to make my trip. No problems
what so ever!!! My friends are very pleased
to see the continued changes as I am traveling
more and more. I never thought it possible
for me to ever get on a plane again, but
I did it. Through the grace of God and
Niki's guidance I am pretty much able
to deal with any situation now. I can't
thank her enough and highly recommend
